CMS shall establish procedures, plans, and instructions, including a checklist as appropriate, for key shipboard operations concerning the safety of the personnel, ship, and protection of the environment. The various task should be defined and assigned to qualified personnel. Vessel Operation and Catering Services is hazardous and all crew who are assigned to the vessel must be familiar with operational requirements.
